Why choose us

Dagmara Bajorek - yoga teacher & workshop organizer

I have been teaching Yoga since 2016. I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance certification 500h) and offer classes in Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga (50h advance level teacher training), practices for a healthy spine inspired by the Yoga Iyengar method and Yoga for children and families (completed Yoga Alliance International Teacher Training).
My specialty, and passion, is Vinyasa Yoga practice with live music and relaxations concert with mantra chanting. I have worked in good Yoga schools in Poland, Poznan (among others: Studio Namaste Yoga), in Berlin (Medical Yoga Center) as well as in community centers and project houses. I also had the pleasure of leading workshops for specific groups, such as an addiction support group, Thai boxing fighters or activists working for nature protection and human rights. I am happy to co-organize events: retreats in the mountains: The Art of Presence with Yoga and Music, Freedom Yoga Fest and Freak Yoga Fest. I have also created and ran a children’s program of free workshops for children to popularize Yoga: The Earth’s Children Tribe.
Being aware that Yoga is a continuous development, I am constantly educating myself with my teachers in the field of anatomy, movement and psychology.

Vinyasa Yoga & live music

The experience of practicing Yoga with the deep vibration of meditative music allows us to find the free flow of energy in the body, to free oneself from the movement pattern and, above all, to awaken joy and enthusiasm. The music builds an intimate space in which we have the opportunity to meet ourselves, on a deep level. Guided Vinyasa Yoga is a gradual growth in one’s potential, with respect and honesty towards oneself. After dynamic part of the practice is the most important sweet moment… a long relaxation surrounded by music, mantras and soothing singing straight from the heart.

Aerial Yoga

Air is my element. It teaches us to act effortlessly, to let go of what keeps us down and to be free.. Aerial yoga is not just great fun but also antigravity work requiring concentration that strengthens us, shapes the muscles needed for a healthy posture and hardens our character.  What’s fascinating is that we can get away from the ground and look from a different perspective.

Acro Yoga

This is a type of Yoga that quickly helps open up to other people, build a connection and enter into a common process of improvement. I enjoy sharing my passion for Acro Yoga, because it directs us towards good communication with people and a healthy distance from the cocktail of failures and successes. Acro Yoga is an opportunity to enter into the yoga process with somebody.
